• Your Order Number (e.g., #1042 - found in your confirmation email or SMS)
• The Phone Number, Name and Email Address you used at checkout
• A brief reason for cancellation (Optional, but it helps us improve!)

Important Notes:

• If you submit this form within 24 hours of placing your order, we will cancel it and send you a confirmation message.
• If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it.
